Disgusting dishonest service!

I am disgusted at the staff at Pick n Pay Braamfontein. I purchased items this morning, 24/01/2023. When I got back to my office, I noticed that they charged me for two items which I did not purchase. When I went back, they called the manager to check the camera footage. He took quite long to come back to me and then said that the items were in my packet. I told him this was not the case as I would not waste my time to come back to the store to query this. When I asked to see the camera footage, he refused and then just ignored me and looked away while I was talking to him. This is **************** and I wonder how many other people they have ****** this way.
