Disgusting Customer Service Pick n Pay Maponya mall

I'm not a fan of Pick n Pay but my mother and granny are. Even after the ****py service they get. Today was worst than my mother's experience. You deal with pensioners who have no choice but to sort themselves out when monthend comes. My granny and I used the pensioners queue and when we got to the till the cashier Beauty ignored us while she spoke to her colleagues about Lotto. I had to say Hello 3 times for her to acknowledge us. This happened around 11:10am today. After scanning a few things she stopped to take out R10 to give to her colleague to play Lotto for her not even apologizing (How unprofessional). My problem is the level of undermining of customers especially pensioners. The sad thing my granny spent over R2100 money she worked hard for. Some of those staff members should stop thinking we came to take the food for free. Sies maarn.
