Disgusting customer service pick n pay!!!

Called the helpline to register a smart shopper card. Waited 8 MINUTES listening to a voice machine!!! Wasted MY cell phone money!!!! Eventually spoke to a consultant. I told him I was running out of airtime. He said he would call me back immediately. He did not!!!! The ref number is *** I will rather support woolworths.. they know about customer service!!
