Disgusting customer service

Pick n Pay Keywest mall in Krugersdorp is a nightmare, I'm expected to stand in a queue for 3 hours together with people that are waiting for government social grant just to do a cash withdrawal. The cashier who doesn't have a name badge told us that she was doing us a favour to withdraw our own money, but she still didn't help me because I had to go to my bank's atm to withdraw which costs more. I've been to many Pick n Pay and it's a struggle to do a cashback.
