Disgusting customer service

I am disgusted by Pick n Pay asap. 3rd time in a row pick n pay has not delivered our order. Then they don’t answer my emails or calls. When I ask for a refund for the second time they say sorry we can’t refund you. Their customer service is extremely terrible. I think calling your customers with delays is professional.
