Disgusting Customer Service

I complained about my order that is delayed and short delivered on the 11th December and I was promised this order will be delivered on the 12th, it's the 14th today and I still haven't received my order and received no communication. Phone this morning for Wayne the manager to contact me back and I have received no call. I have ran out of patience and this order needs to be delivered today with compensation on my airtime trying to phone and get my order delivered and my data for sending emails and complaints. No interested in your empty promises can all this be delivered today.
