Disgusting customer service

I swiped my card last week Saturday at a pick n pay and the transaction went through on my side but said declined on their side i swiped my other card and it went through again no hassles, to cut the story shot the store manager has sent countless emails to get this matter resolved to the head office but till to date has gotten no joy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PICK N PAY HEAD OFFICE someone contact me immediately because i want my money back
