Disgusting Customer Service and Customer **************

Today at Pick n Pay Waterval Mall Rustenburg i experienced the worse kind of customer service and racial **************. I was at the cashier paying for my items when the cashier kept speaking to me in her home language I asked very politely if she could please respond to me in English and she laughed at me I have worked in customer service and I know that English is the first language your approach a customer with unless the customer states otherwise. The customer behind me just went off on me swearing at me saying that this is the new South Africa I can f off with my English she continued swearing at me saying if they not from Zimbabwe they want to come and tell us they speak English i can f off with my English the cashier entertained this and did not treat me with respect or show any remorse I am disgusted at how we treat each other as South Africans i am even more disgusted at the service that was rendered today. Pick n pay being one of our largest suppliers in SA can allow such ************** and disrespect is very sad and disappointing she is lucky i did not record her, but I sure do hope that the customer service will be beefed up and that someone will stand up and take responsibility for the actions of their employees.
