disgusting customer service

Dear Pick 'n PAY

I am writting this with a heavy heart! The treatment I got at the pick n pay boulders in midrand. I went to go get my monthly groceries as I do every month from pick n pay, where I always shop over R2000. I was turned away from a till because i had more than 10 items. I ask this cashier does she really expect to return back to another queue where I do not have time and i have already benn turn from a previous till to wait 20 more minutes! This rude woman just gave me a dirty look with no care that I am a customer or even try solve the problem. I am appauled and disgusted by this store and will never be shoping at any pick n pay again!
