Disgusting customer service

I went to pick n pay limpopo mall to buy Tropika the price was scanning different at the till the supervisor kept on taking me back and front for their own mistake

And why pnp still have their scan right policy in their web if it's no longer applicable to the customers I was very disgusted with their service
