Disgusting customer service

I went to pick n pay Aston manor in kempton Park I received a bad service from a manager called Elvis, their prices on the shelves are not the same as the one on the POS, instead of explaining or give me the product with the price I saw on a shelf he shouted me Infront of other customers and his staff, he continued telling me is not his fault that the product was packed wrong, I felt so humuliated
