Disgusting customer satisfaction towards elderly

Good day,

Being a regular customer at your Tokai store I am absolutely appauled by your quality of meats. My mother bought some meat from your store on the 24th Dec 2020 for our family Christmas lunch. By her surprise when she wanted to prepare the meat the meat had a rotten smell and even looked old to say the least. When she called me I was extremely angry as this meat was meant for her Christmas lunch for her family. Firstly do you have any idea how this how sad this is that on this special day meant to spent with special people turned into a horror!!!! My mother is an elderly lady and for her to to only serve her family chicken and salads on a Christmas day, because your food was rotten is disgusting. When she took the meat back the following she was helped by not even the store manager who wasnt to friendly and said I qoute"we are sorry but this won't happen again"Do you even understand that you spoilt this ladies Christmas lunch and to just apologize like it is some normal item returned is a no no. I am angry and want answers. I request you to investigate the whole matter and scrutinize the hygiene and quality standards of your meats so no further displeasure takes place. I'm waiting on yiur response.
