Disgusting customer experience
Whew what a bad customer experience, store managers MAX, LANGA & MATLOU are so rude, ill mannered, disrespectful and worst of all have no knowledge of their own products. They have been arrogant and embarrassed me in front of their staff members and customers. Left a message for their manager MR LUCKY this morning and waiting for him to return my call. This is so unacceptable and worst of all it felt like man power over a female.
