Disgusting chicken and Attitude from Management

Today we went to Pick and pay in Springfield Durban to get some chicken, we got 2 full chicken and went to have lunch on site...when we opened the chicken all the intestines were there including the bile which was now all over the chicken which now smelled like a ******* bin We couldn’t eat anymore as one of our colleagues even vomited.

After work we went there and requested for a Manager so we can raise this up but they made us wait for a while and when we finally got in the office we were given attitude and the manager said it’s not their fault it’s their supplier? So meaning it’s okey for them to sell bad food to customers and then say it’s not them?

They wanted to take the chicken and give us the 120 back but that wasn’t the point and plus they were even shouting at us.

We took pictures and we will post them on every social media if needs be because that is not how you treat customers.

This needs to be dealt with as soon as possible or else we taking this to the media. We still have both chickens with us anyway we Cindy leave them there so they’ll go claim huge amount from whoever and yet they wanted to give us 120?

So pathetic!!!
