Disgusting, careless, uncaring tellers and management

Absolutely disgusted with Pick n Pay Hyper at Arbor Crossing. Went to shop with my pension money. Bought the specials on Coke and the cashier charged me for an extra bottle! I have tried phoning them many times both on the day as well as yesterday and today. I wanted to resolve it directly with them. However, they NEVER answer their phones!!! And how can they rob their loyal clients like that. Also they should invest in a customer relations officer who can take calls and complaints. I'm absolutely disappointed with their attitude!!!
