Disgusting boerewors rolls from Pick 'n Pay Woodmead Retail Park

Colleagues of mine bought boerewors rolls from the Pick 'n Pay at Woodmead retail park a few minutes ago. Needless to say, we are as hungry as we were when we left the office, the boerewors had a smell and I was the unfortunate person to taste mine and yes it was off. We called the store, spoke a very rude lady by the name of Mpho who refused to give us her surname and she basically told us that there was nothing wrong with the boerwors rolls and that she would be making no effort to come and collect them and refund us our money. When stores sell products that are not of standard, it is not the consumers responsibility to waste their resources to go back and rectify the wrong doings of the store.

This is not the first time that I have purchased fresh produce from Pick 'n Pay, that turned out to be spoilt. I am disgusted by Mpho's behavior and I will not be purchasing ANYTHING from Pick 'n Pay, anywhere. I will be sharing this experience on every platform that I have access to.
