Disgusting behaviour from Pick 'n Pay manager

The manager, Allan, forced people who were waiting under the small cover provided to move during a down pour of rain. When we confronted him and told him they were people who were just there because of the rain he said they were blocking customers and was not at all considerate to other people's circumstances. It wouldn't have affected customers at all to save less than 10 people from standing in the rain, without any protection, while waiting for a taxi. I would expect more from a fellow South African and human being. Consideration doesn't cost anything.
