Disgusting behaviour

At Pick n Pay in Somerset Mall my Mother an employee pushed my mother out of the isle and told her they have to go. At the till the lady that packs the bags started wiping the surface and deliberately pushed my father back with her butt as far as she was able to while looking at the at the cashier smiling. My mother had a hard time reading the card machine and asked the cashier to help her, the cashier looked away at some other employees and just smiled. Is this service? They had such a bad attitude. Disgusting Pick 'n Pay.... disgusting.
