Disgusting bakery goods/service

I bought a banana loaf at pick n pay in walmer park shopping centre , just to find a piece of raw chicken off cut inside of the loaf. I can't describe how sickening it is and this after my grandmother had already consumed a slice of this banana loaf. I have not personally experienced a problem like this before but from this experience I am highly unlikely buying any ready made food from them. Their health and cleaniless standards are clearly utterly poor.
