DISGUSTING ATTITUDES OF STAFF

I made enquiries with regard to ordering platters for a function which I was hosting on 15 December 2015. I addressed the assistant who advised me that I should phone their head office and make enquiries as it was no longer prepared by them. This was totally acceptable.

However when I requested 6 hot rolls as they were taking the fresh rolls out of the baking sheets, they started making fun of me and speaking in their language. This I find totally and utterly rude and I don't think that they have been made aware of the fact that it is rude to speak about somebody in their presence when they do not know if the person understands. I think it is a sign of total ignorance. Such people should not be let loose in a store to serve customers. Linda (not sure of spelling) was speaking to the cleaner who was busy mopping the floor. She informed the cleaner that I wanted to be a madam but I am so stupid wanting hot rolls when there were other rolls ready.
