Disgusting attitude of butcher
We went to Pick & Pay Morningside last week and bought 2 legs of lamb, but forgot to have the meat minced in order to make Kibbeh.<br> Larry took it back the next day and asked the butcher to please mince it for him. <br> The butcher stated he would do it but it would cost R400.00<br> Larry stated that this was ridiculous as he bought it from them the day before. <br> The butchers attitude was basically, that's the price, if you don't like it tough. <br> Of course he walked out and had it prepared elsewhere. <br> Just as a heads- up to the readers/clients of HelloPeter I have never had the butchers at Woolworths ask me for a cent to mince the leg of lamb for me.<br> Who would you buy your meat from in future?
