Disgusting attitude for staff of PnP

I went to PnP on Monday 04 Jan 2016, to withdraw money and to buy chocolates for my 2 sons. After standing in 2 different queues, and spending about 20 min, when I reached the teller, presented my chocolates and asked for R600, she said she only had R300. The manner in which she spoke was degrading as she confirmed that she only had R300. So I suggested she call the manager who can organize the money from one of the other tills. Instead the teller had the audacity to ask me if I was expecting the manager to take money from her wallet and give it to me as no tills had money. SERIOUSLY?? No cash at all in any of the many draws???Teller pushed my chocolates aside, and started serving the customer behind me.. Did she not see my chocolates - ***?? Needless the even more arrogant manager came to tell me that the teller confirmed that there is no money so there is no money.. I do believe that if you are exhausted and cant be around people, get yourself another job. Dont spoil other peoples day because of your sour attitude. Clearly neither of them got IT ALL that morning!
