Disgusting attitude by a manager Jabu Mabuza

This morning I went to Pick n Pay Aston Manor feeling hungry and bought a pie. I'm pregnant and as soon as i got home i realised the pie was off/spoilt. I took it back but forgot my slip at home. I got to the shop and explained and asked if I can exchange for something to eat. I suggested to bring the slip later as I was hungry and dizzy. The manager a woman Jabu Mabuza came with attitude asking me why i didn't check the date. I was shocked and furious for her to be asking me that as a manager and told me she can't help me. I asked her if that was done on purpose to display rotten things and come back to ask customers y they didn't check the dates? Who's responsibility is it to to check before you display? They put our health at risk and come with attitude with such questions... what about my unborn child's health? Another lady came to apologize and told me to exchange. Jabu Mabuza didn't even apologize and I need her to be dealt with accordingly. As a manager that kind of attitude is disgusting and I'm going to follow it up to see to it that they deal with her according to their procedures. We cannot have people like her ill treat customers like that.
