Disgusting attitude

What a disgusting attitude from a store manager at Pick n Pay Durban Workshop so early in the morning. I bought a kettle yesterday and when i got home and plugged the kettle it didn't come on. We tried several times switching it on and off but it didnt start boiling the water.I then decided to bring it back this morning. When they plugged the kettle it started boiling water. I can understand if certain rules or return policies apply but the manner in which the manager told me off was absolutely appalling and uncalled for from a manager to an unknowing person. He could have explained properly but no he went off like I had received that kettle as a prize and had not paid for it!!!I asked to exchange it for another brand and not money back but was told no because it is working fine I can't exchange it i must just take it go !
