Disgusting Attitude

I received a call from Gamieda, the customer services manager at Pick n' Pay Ottery Hypermarket in connection with a previous complaint.

WoW, what a disgrace of a woman. SIS!!!

From the very beginning of the call she was arguing with me about my surname then once we established she has the right person, she still had a mouthful to say about it before moving on.

She then asks me what my problem is playing stupid at what the issue was about, obviously she knew the full extent of my complaint.

When I tried to explain to her what the complaint was about she for the most part kept talking over me and not giving me a chance to speak, if you didn't know what the complaint was about why are you then shutting me up?

She disagrees with me that it's not the fault of Pick n' Pay and that my costs and time wasted because of their lack of education of their staff about their policies is no fault of theirs.

She then challenges me to report her to your Head Office almost as if she is untouchable and nothing can be done to her.

Throughout the whole conversation, from the very beginning, her attitude was arrogant, sarcastic and down right rude.

She seems to have found the way I was treated as not to much of a big deal, me being treated like yourself and I are gangsters in the streets of the Cape Flats townships seemed to resonate with her, maybe she's from that dispensation but unfortunately I am not, much to her disappointment but when I realised her disappointment I stepped up and behaved like one, just for her.

I hope she is happy that she drove a customer to that point of utter frustration.

She is an absolute and utter disgrace.

To have a person of her demeanour as the face of your business is nothing short of a joke.
