Disgusting attitude.

I sent this to the PnP Website complaints 1 week ago and have received zero response, so I’m posting it here. I would like to state my utter disgust at the way my 67-year-old wife was treated at the Queensburgh store on Saturday the 24th Aug. She was standing selecting cans of peas and I was behind her on the other side of the same isle with the trolley. Then a woman from your cleaning contractors came towards us and instead of passing behind my wife where was lots of room between her and our trolley, without a word she passed in front of my wife who got quite a surprise, as a response to this I addressed the woman with “excuse me”, wishing to ask her why she did such a thing, I received zero response and she just carried on walking. Thinking that was that, my wife carried on selecting cans until a few minutes later when the woman returned, walked right up to the side of my wife (instead of walking behind her) and shouted in her ear “EXCUSE ME” giving my wife a serious shock to which she jumped back from the shelves and the woman again passed in front of her. My wife who suffers from high blood pressure stopped me from going to management there and then as she didn’t want any more stress at that time and just wanted to finish the shop and go home and she was far from well the whole of the next day (Sunday 25th). We shop at this store every Saturday and the thought that any employee or member of staff would respond to a customer in this way is totally inexcusable. I don’t know if you have any cameras pointing in the direction of that isle, but if so, it was around 16h00 when this took place.
