Disgusting, Appalling attitude

We went to Pick n Pay at Menlyn Mall today (16/09) at 17:00. We were at the 5 items and less till and as usual the teller did not have a badge. Her attitude was disgusting!! She did not greet. I asked her if she took the 10% discount off the Parmalet yoghurt and was ignored. She told us that we get a free bag of charcoal and I said ok we will take it when we in our way out she kept staring at me and saying “charcoal” like I was supposed to read her mind that she wanted to scan the charcoal. We asked her for a packet and never got one. When we paid my Dad asked her where the packet is and she rep**** by shaking her head and said no. I will never go back. We do all our grocery shopping there but will no longer. We couldn’t report her because she had no name tag. And we were not going to ask her sour face for her name or manager. Pick ‘n Pay you absolutely disgust me. Tell your employees to go if they cannot appreciate their job and to have some respect for their customers!!!
