Disgusting and unfriendly cashiers

Disgusting and unfriendly cashiers So on Saturday I went to pick n pay Campus square to withdraw money as I usually do with my inteli Mali card, it requires you to withdraw at any pick n pay outlets or shoprite, so this cashier by the name of Portia Dlaba was very rude and unfriendly towards me as she was like what do you want, students are not allowed to withdraw money here, like really and she was like I don't have money. Not even smiling nor greeting. She didn't show any great customer service, her attitude was sickening me as she did this in front of her manager. So my question is as an inteli Mali user where should we withdraw money as this is not the first time this happens. Pick n pay train your stuff on customer service, and some just are relaxed knowing that nothing will happen to them even if we complain.
