Disgusting and Appalling Service

I went to make a purchase at Pick n Pay Liquor at Diepkloof Square today. The content which i had wanted (Russian Bear) was on special for R134.99. I took a bottle of Russian Bear Energy Fusion which at the till, it charged at a normal price of R169.99. Upon payment, i told the lady at the till that the content is going for R134.99 and she called her manager (Xolani) to assist. The guy was very rude and he even walked away as i was explaining to him that the price on the pamphlet does not specify that it excludes the one that i want to purchase (took a picture of the price which clearly states that its for Assorted). The service at that store is very appalling and the manager is just the worst person to deal with. The staff needs to be taught about Customer Service and Etiquette #AngryCustomer
