Disgusting

Ii was ill treated at Pick n Pay at Chris Hani mall. The lady by the name of Nomzamo who is the supervisor there gave us a shocking,frustrating, disgusting service. She was shouting at customers that wanted to have cash back since the time we started being on the queue. When we got the till unfortunately she was packing us. She said to her colleague all she wants is to get home have *** and forget about the **** day she had and the unreasonable customers she had been dealing with. She told the cashier nit to ring our wine while we there, a decency talking to my husband and my husband to explain that he took the wine long ago, but because we have been standing on queue for so long was just not an option for her. She said to the cashier it doesn't help for these people to be big headed because sale software alcohol closes at 6pm. My husband answered the cash saying, my sister if had not waited for more than 30 minor the queue we would have paid before 6pm. When my husband approached her about why she is calling us big headed, she said she was not talking to us but the cashier. She did all that with the manager standing on the side. To honest, we have had this lady talking and shouting to customers all the time we do our shopping at picknpay Chris Hani, yesterday it was time she do it to us and it was not pleasant at ll. Supervisor arguing with the customer and shouting even. It is absolutely not our fault that picknpay opened again after looting and she has to deal with the fools from the township who do the shopping late as she said.

It can't be that she talks like that to her cashier while customers are there. She is not representing picknpay well.
