Disgusting 4 hour wait for Pick n Pay ASAP Order

I had the most horrific service from Pick n Pay ASAP. On Sunday 29 Oct 2023 @ 16h00 I placed an order on the ASAP page and order was accepted at 16h06. Later on the APP told me that my delivery will between 17h00 & 17h30. To my disappointment the order did not arrive and then the app told me another 1 hour add on. I was now really ****ed off as my order had food on for that nights meal and food for my son. I then phoned the Pick N Pay Ballito Junction Mall and complained that I have not recieved my order. They said they will get back to me which they did not. After about 10 phone calls and trying to get hold of the driver I only received my order at 20h30 which is over 4 and 1/2 hours later. By this time it had cost me to drive to checkers and buy the same food I ordered through ASAP and had to waste more money that I did not need to spend if I had got my order on time. ASAP need to compensate me for the over 4 hour wait. If I do not get a response (and not an apology) i will be taking this matter further
