Disgusted with Pick n Pay New Redruth

Disgusted with how Pick n Pay New Redruth is ripping customers off by constantly delivering stale food to customers. I have on numerous occasions complained to the store about them delivering bread rolls that are past the best before date. I ordered food to be delivered on the evening of 27 April 2026 and one of the items that was delivered was hotdog rolls and no surprise the rolls are dated best before 27/04/2026 and you could feel that they were stale. The staff and manager are well aware that their grocery pickers pick the stale items and pack for delivery. I have been to the store and begged and pleaded with management to train their staff ut this seems like a management culture now and therefore the staff dont care. This is considered theft to take someone's money and not provide what they paid for. I am writing this review to alert customers about this stores tactics since I have tried speaking to them directly and it doesnt help.
