DISGUSTED WITH PICK 'N PAY AND THEIR DOFF TV

We bought a AIM 43 inch Smart TV with the intention of watching DSTV Now. Unfortunately i was not able to update the app on the play store as it is not available, what was the point of calling this a smart TV if i wont even be able to use the number 1 app i had gotten it for?! We had some from the technical department assist us before but now that aren't answering us at all. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE!!!
