Disgusted with pick n pay

Disgusting service at pick n pay ASAP, placed and order today that was supposed to be delivered at 13h00. I called 5 times to let them know I have not received my order and spent 200 on airtime! The call center agents I spoke to Natasha, Ethan, Tanya and lastly Hloni all promised to get back to me never did. I asked for it to escalated or to speak to a Manger, Hloni said it is pick n pay policy not to give out any managers details including a name! Never have I heard of this before is it because you treat customers like **** or lack of accountability?! When I asked to speak to a manager Hloni asked me for what? Then asked what did I do wrong? This is a terrible way to treat people that keep you employed! I want my money back pick n pay you are totally disgusting! Michelle and Ronald Munsamy ***
