DISGUSTED UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I was shopping at Pick n Pay in Woodlands on the 15th February 2023 just browsing looking for specials but did not find what I was looking for. On exiting the Shop I was stopped by security women "Mohlaco who asked to check my bag... to my surprise did not think anything of it so let her search my bag. When I asked what she was looking for she rep**** "you came in with a small bag now it is bigger OMG what an insult and what humiliation - insinuated I am a ***** . I demanded to speak to the Manager who in return did not help he said it is her right to search me. I am soo disappointed that they did what they did. I was sooooo embarrassed, humiliated,disgusted will NEVER GO to that Shop ever again. PnP should train staff to handle clients with respect and get the facts before they did what they did to me. I am emotional and mentally upset about this situation. Defamation of charater disgusting!!! Barbara
