Disgusted to the next level
Hi I have complaint about pick n pay disgusted service from the branch in strand street cape town about 6 days ago I then received a call from a lady from pick n pay on the 18 Dec to say she is sorry about my experience and will raise my issues no compensation of any kind . I am disappointed .I hope the Mr Ackerman and family can see the level of service that there staff are offering to loyal customers. I am now beyond disgusted as my complaint has just been brushed off as another statistic.
