Disgusted service

Disgusted with the service n also didn't expect the attitude n poor poor service I for from the manager itself randall

I bought a electric grill at pick n pay took 26 july I used it once or twice n it jus made my electricity trip I returned it to pick n pay I was told they Goin to send it away.... Which was on the 3rd sep nobody calls me I had to call them to follow up n was told they stil waiting..... I went in today cause I want my money back today is the 16th sep I was told that the elm is broken I need to pay 200 odd it is under warranty or guarantee y mus I pay I might as well buy a new one m.. The **** attitude I received from he manager Randall is poor I'm disgusted I was told by him if they return it his Goin to give it bck to me broken y must he give my money back what attitude is that from a manager itself I'm not Goin to leav it like this I'm taking it further if I don't get my money back
