DISGUSTED PNP!

This is the second time that I am experiencing bad service from PNP bottles app.

I am extremely upset.

The first time they made me wait almost three days with no communication until the third day from my groceries and now today I have been waiting for more than three hours and when responding the agent does not even greet and doesnt even bother to do any damage control with passive reassurance on the delivery of my groceries, no apology and no set expectations as to why there is a delay and what is being done.

Patience is not the issue its the lack of communication and common courtesy that disappoints me!
