Disgusted PICKNPAY mall@reds

I placed an R230 order yesterday at 18h00 from PICKNPAY MALL@REDS.. they set a delivery time and never delivered. Today at 10am they said they are delivering, but I am at work and not at home OBVIOUSLY. They charged ME an additional R50 for the uber they sent there 16 HOURS later and took my order back as I was not home. i requested a refund and they have REMOVED me from the app. I cannot login or register. I want a full refund for both my order and the uber.
