Disgusted in the poor service from Pick n Pay

I lodged a complaint with them on 16 Jan. Reported them on Hello Peter thereafter. They sent me a reference no *** on 11 Feb 2021 and I have heard nothing from them on resolving the matter. I am disgusted in the lack of response.
