Disgusted in Pick n Pay Plattekloof
This is not the first time I have gone to the PnP in Plattekloof and had disgusting a time trying to do my grocery shopping.

Yesterday, Sunday 05 July 2015 @ 18:30 I got to the PnP, went to the Vegetables and the shelves were empty. Could not even get lettuce, never mind anything else that I required. I decided to leave my shopping for today and went to the Cigarette Counter . No assistance behind the till, I asked the 2 Pick n Pay staff that were relaxing on the Counter on the Customers side having a fat chat, I was just looked at, eventually raising my voice to get some service.

Today, 06 July 2015.Once again, 17:30, no stock on the shelves. Bread taken out of their bags and just left there open, the little bit of meat on the shelves had tears in their packets with the meat open. NO Veggies once again in the fridges. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that it is first come first serve basis. Is this the way that you treat your patrons?

Firstly, I am disgusted in the fact that Pick n Pay can sell themselves by giving you Brand Match and Smart Shopper points, but what is the use if you have NO product? Secondly ... Where the HELL is PNP customer service?????
