DISGUSTED FORMER CUSTOMER

Pick 'n Pay BUSY CORNER MALL has the ****tiest service ever: I bought a liter of Pick 'n Pay branded milk on the 07/01/2020 and it was off by the 08/01/2020 (late) when I so I returned it on the 09/01/2020...hehe when I got there I met the ever-so-loud-ARGUING-with-a-customer-so-called-supervisor-Sharon,lord. She says its loading shedding...told her I bought 2 of these and only ONE expired...she lost it and called a senior manager who I forgot his (African, light skinned with a foreign accent)...he then said that Pick 'n pay BRANDED ITEMS are not yours so its not your fault + Pick n Pay customers only have 7 MINUTES to return perishable items...I live 10 minutes away so even if I buy it, get home, find out that the milk is off and return it, I'll still be 20 min late, ****. What a terrible service, Kudos to the grand opening. Utterly disgusted. Wasted my time and petrol...and R10.00!!!!!!!!!!
