Disgusted

Was at pick n pay hyper in eastrand mall earlier today, I wanted to buy a few grocery items and also redeem my WUHU coupons.I stood at the till for over 30mins waiting for a supervisor to assist and when she came she was very clueless though I tried to read and show the instruction message to her written on the coupon!Its not my first time claiming WUHU COUPONS at eastrand pick n pay,I have done this plenty several times and I do understand that most of your staff are not well fami**** with redeeming them which is so vital to follow the instruction on the message (as it clearly states).That DORCAS(supervisor) thinks/ acts as though thats her shop,even so treating customers with respect and giving the best service Is vital in running a business!Through all this she never even had the decency to apologize to me for keeping me waiting and also coming to waste my time.Those very coupons she said could not work I went with them to another pick n pay and they worked hassle free.Reading and understanding an instruction is very easy than act like MIss know it all.I left the shop very angry and frustrated and guess what she even made a mockery of me and walked away with another (assuming shes also a supervisor).I do not appreciate any kind of disrespect especially knowing my rights as customer,that Dorcas she might be used to doing this to other customers, definitely not me!I WILL NOT ACCEPT SUCH,I COME THERE TO USE MY HARD EARNED MONEY NOT FOR SOMEBODY TO TREAT ME LIKE S***T.Your team team needs to up their game...
