Disgusted Customer

Good day,

Someone from your head office needs to conduct a price audit on the Pick n Pay Primrose Family store. From what I can gather or heard through the community this store has recently changed ownership. All pensioner discounts have been discontinued and customer complaints I believe are sky rocketing. For example I was in the store Sunday 11 September 2022, I purchased two 2liters of c***** NoLac milk priced at R21.99. Today when walking through the store while buying bread the same product is now R24.00 how is a sudden price jump over 1 and half days justified. A week prior I was purchasing a cooked meal and was told I cannot buy a cooked meal, the combination of food I needed was then to be purchased as individual portions and not purchased as a meal. Given the amount of foot traffic that this store generates this is a total ******* that people cannot buy a cooked meal but rather individual portions priced individual items. Regardless I can afford the increase however the area I reside in is surrounded by old age homes with a lot of them relying on pensioners discount, all of the sudden this is no longer allowed whereas other Pick n Pay stores do still offer this.
