Disgusted

Hi i am so frustrated cause Pick n Pay Dwamba store in Nyanga has not be able to resolve my problem. I sent money via Tymebank voucher when the person got to the store was not the voucher was redeemed at that store but never received the money. The money who seen not to care told me he will at the matter it should be resolved the following day he will call me. i went the store and i was told that the manager is . I want my money back cause the is no way you can tell a voucher was redeemed and yet no money was dispensed. How is this possible and the manager was the and that no money was give and no receipt was given showing that the voucher was redeemed something is not right here. Its been two days i am waiting for feedback,
