Disgusted by the Attitude of the PNP Cashier
The Cashier at PNP Carlton Centre by the name of Portia Chitembe, was rude and had an attitude, i am a paying Customer and have been a loyal customer of PNP for a long time, to have one of your staff members talking to me and my pastor in the manner that she spoke to us was uncalled for, she was disrespectful. if honestly this is how you train your staff to treat customers, then i would rather go and shop elsewhere
