Disgusted by PNP ASAP

Today is my first time ordering from pnp asap. I placed my order at 12h03, it is currently 14h28 and I will have yet to receive my order. The money from my account and was debited on time, yet it's going to. 3 hours of waiting for less than 20 items. This is pathetic service. I will never use pnp asap agaiin
