Disgusted by Pick n Pay ASAP Diepkloof

I bought some items yesterday on ASAP from Pick n Pay Diepkloof. I was so disappointed that I spent my last money to purchase food that's not fresh and almost spoilt. Firstly, I was specifically not happy about the apples pack, it was spongy and wrinkled like, the colour was not appetising at all, my question was, did the person who was tasked to pick the items not check if all was well before packaging? Secondly, I was not happy about the coleslaw pack, it had changed colour and was brown, did the packer not see this, or they just don't care? Thirdly I received what I think was supposed to be freebies, 2 sample Vaselines, even that they could not do right. They were both used, were those supposed to be a gift to me? Used? How disrespectful, that just threw me off completely and I was utterly outraged by the service I received at Pick n Pay Diepkloof. I will definitely never order again from ASAP, at least not from that branch. Order # *** Thought you should know.
