Disgusted by managers customer service

I was at your pnp local branch in grassy park specifically going in to buy my monthly supply of pampers pants for the month for my son , when I came to nappy isles i was searching on the shelves for for size6 then one of the pnp staff member (shelve packer) walked up right next to me and started unpacking more pampers , I then asked her if this is really the price of the pampers she said to me yes it is the correct price and went to check the store room for size 6 as there were none left on the shelve , about 3 minutes later she came back saying they all out of number 6 , so I then asked if I could get a rain check she said I should get one at the managers office .

I went to get the rain check and a lady by the name of farieda was speaking to me the the store manager AZIZ (blatantly rude old man)was sitting next to her listening to our conversation as I explained to her what the pricing was and that I could like a rain check, he so rudely said me raising his Voice and said it’s not his problem that I saw the price there but I’m not getting the pamper for the price I saw it and someone probably just made a mistake , I explained to him that I first asked the lady working with the pamper if it’s the right price and she assured me it is the correct price, he also told me that the pnp staff doesn’t put the pricing labels by the goods?????????

I asked him to tell me who then put the pricing of pampers there he kept telling me no matter what I say or do I just won’t get it for the price I saw , I asked his name as he wasn’t wearing a name badge and he refused to give it , I then got his name from a staff member , HONESTLY I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE I RECEIVED! THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE!!!
