Disgusted at the lack of service

Shelly beach. Bad management and poor service delivery. Peak at 1pm and 2 tellers at express with a q going a mile back. Main tellers. 5 on and a q going another mile back. Its frustrating to see staff so complacent at their jobs. Chattng to mates. Sitting and being extra slow and just being really un productive. Im annoyed. So many competent people to do these jobs. Quickly and efficiently and yet you keep dead wood that feel its their given right to be rude, slow and obnoxious. The liquor store is none the better. I bought 1 bottle. No brown bags to put it in. I was told to use the sale paper and wrap the bottle. For the love of christ. Get people who know what they ate doing and people that know what service means. Your entire lot of cashiers are brain dead re tards
